Volunteering as a way of giving back
What is volunteering.. Volunteering means investing your time in something voluntarily especially without being paid.
Giving back to the society helps you unleash and invest your skills, you might have skills in photography, editing, writing, graphics, fundraising, media management, medical, education, innovative ideas and so on and how to you improve?
.
By giving back to the society, and volunteering also create ways of meeting new people.
I could still remember my first volunteering experience at VBS(vacation bible school) at All Christian Fellowship Maitama Abuja where I volunteered at the Children's department teaching them art works (painting and colouring).. This improved my ability in drawing by giving back to the children and joy in me knowing the children were imbedded with the skill of drawing and painting.

Last I volunteered with Reachingoutforlove_initiative on feb18th by visiting an orphanage in Umuahia. compassion home for orphans and abandoned children Ahiake.
