My Squat journey.

My Squat journey.

I remember when i was called lion shape back then and imagine when you are called that ,it meant you were shapeless.
Well right from growing up i took the body structure of my parents especially my dad when it came to hips. My Sisters didn't get to have hips. Lol it was genetic i think so, nothing much was to be done to see to the improvement of the hips, but we had a good buttocks lol, not a very big one tho but moderate enough to flaunt.
The quest for a nice body structure started sometime 2018 june to be precise,  i started with squats, kickbacks, scissors, leg raise, lungs and some other great workout plans to build my gluten muscles as well as hamstrings.
Well i cant say i didn't enjoyed it or had the urge to give up, i enjoyed every part of my workout journey.
Sometimes on rare cases i feel like giving up but inspirations and motivations i see online from workout transformations kept me going.
With the right food ,protein mainly fruits, lots of water and vegetable can go a long way in improving one's body physique.
Writing this presently i can boldly say i have a lot of body transformations already, even though its just one year already and not using weight lifts most times, i can say the little i have done paved a way.

This serves as a life lesson to encourage us never to give up in hard times, with courage, consistency and hard work one's goal can be achieved, even when it might seem it isn't working, delay doesn't mean denial and definitely a greater and positive result awaits us
