Topic: A Threat To The Devil
You are the one to threaten danger; danger is not meant to threaten you. You are the one to threaten death; death is not meant to threaten you.
SCRIPTURE: Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Luke 10:19.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: It is an abomination for a lion to run away from a dog.
Due to the abundance of ignorance, the devil has continued to be a major threat to the life, wellbeing and happiness of many Christians. But from our anchor Scripture, it is not supposed to be so. The enemy is not supposed to come after you; you are the one to go after the enemy. This is how God designed it to be.
The enemy was not designed to come after you; you are designed to go after the enemy and his forces. You are designed to go after the forces of danger, death and destruction. The enemy is not a threat to you; you are the one that is a threat to the devil. You are a threat to the wicked and useless, devil. He is not anointed or empowered to be a threat to your life. You are the one who has been empowered by God to be a threat to the devil. God says, “…I give unto you power to tread…” (Luke 10:19). So, look for the devil and tread on him, instead of running and being pursued by him.
Beloved, it is an abomination for a lion to run away from a dog. It is an abomination for an eagle to run away from a chicken. You are not permitted to be afraid of any wretched witch in your village. You are not permitted to be afraid of any powerless occult person in your office. You are the one to threaten them; they are not the ones to threaten you.
Beloved, you are the one to threaten disease; disease is not meant to threaten you. You are the one to threaten danger; danger is not meant to threaten you. You are the one to threaten death; death is not meant to threaten you. Therefore, make up your mind to threaten anything that wants to threaten you.
Remember this: It is an abomination for a lion to run away from a dog.
ASSIGNMENTS:
- Make up your mind to threaten the devil and all his threats.
- Refuse to be afraid of the enemy.
PRAYER: Thank You Lord for Your Word to me today. I receive the grace to threaten every force of the enemy in Jesus’ Name.
