1. Download the app
The first step to get a loan is to download the app from Google play store. It is very easy, with your android phone, go to play store and download.
2. Launch the app and pick a source
This step is simple. Once the app is downloaded and installed on your phone, just tap on it to launch it. You will be asked if your organisation is part of Aella Credit or not. If you know that your company is part of it and you want to apply through their network, click yes. You will be asked to input your name and employee ID number.
If you are applying on your own, click no and continue.
3. Sign up
You will be asked to provide basic information such as name, email, phone number and password. That is it! You will receive a code to verify your phone number. Once you verify, you are in.
4. Request loan
Once you have signed up, you should be able to login. In the app you will see ‘request for loan’. Click on it and follow the instructions.
5. Wait for loan
Once you have applied. Wait for a loan decision which usually does not take much time
